- The item is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Certain products such as personal care items, perfumes, and innerwear may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products returned after 10 days of delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
